Dr. Carey specializes in computational methods in engineering and applications to computational mechanics using finite elements. He has served on the Cockrell School of Engineering faculty since 1976 and is also Director of the Computational Fluid Dynamics Lab. He has written 150 technical articles and reports and authored eight books. Dr. Carey has four years of industrial experience.
